Equipment
You don't need to bring anything to training! Just wear
comfortable clothing, no jewellery or watches and take your
shoes off when you come onto the mat. People who have been
training for longer than 6 months usually end up buying
a '
gi' (translated to mean uniform, ranges from $30 to $50)
but it's purely optional. Usually the club orders uniforms
in bulk from Jols at
a discount rate so enquire within to get your name down.
